Orders from China

I ordered shoes from Zando and after a month or so I can see that I still have not received my shoes when I asked them then I know you’ll get them very soon. After that I receive a message from Buffano saying I need to pay taxes. I’m like I don’t order anything from China, but the question is why am I paying taxes when I’m buying something from Zando they should put their ordering from China because if I wanna order from China, I can do it myself.
