ORDER THAT NEVER CAME

I placed an order on 05 July 2019 and was told that i will receive it within 7 days, today is the 10th day and i have not received anything when i call the store they told me they do not what is happening and that they will call me back but they never did. I called them again and asked that they pay my money back and i do not know from the way they are treating this matter if i will ever get my money back, I am so disappointed!!!
