Order Status Has Not Changed Since LAST MONTH

Poor service from Zando! Placed an online order LAST MONTH and the status of my order has not been updated since, still reflecting "Order Being Processed" till today.

Upon receiving these items I will immediately log a return request as the occasion has already passed I no longer need these items.
