Order number *** and order number ***

I m very much disappointed about zando online shop, with order number *** and order number ***, the first one I placed on black friday, they promised to deliver within 7 working days but till today, I sent emails, wrote on their Facebook page but never bothered themselves to answer me, I called but never picked up my calls. I warn every one about it. I wish now I can jst get my money back since I do not get what I bought from them
