Order not yet recieved

I placed an order on the 15th of January 2019, paid on the same day. The order status changed to shipped on the 17th and guess what, today 1st of February 2019 I still havent recieved it. I then sent an email on Thursday querying what the problem could have been, and the following day I recieved an sms saying that my order was out on delivery and I would recieve in on Friday thw 25th . Nothing... i didnt recieve anyrhing . I further queried on the 30th of Jan and got no response. Same day i purchased something on Superbalist and I just recieved it today. But now why am I still waiting for an order that I placed on the 15th . I demand a refund for the last 2 orders I made, i cannot wait any longer .
