ORDER NOT YET RECEIVED A WEEK LATER

I bought shoes online on 29/01 and till today I have not had any communication from Zando yet they promise they return with feedback within 2 days. This is the first time I am buying from Zando and the first impression, I must say I am totally appalled by such lack of customer service s****s. Nearly a week I am still waiting to find out where my order is. I have sent through 2 emails and no reply. I am very disappointed with this kind of behavior towards customers. Please send my stuff URGENTLY so we depart in peace.
