Order not received - Zando constantly Ignores customers

Zando us not even worth the 1 star rating, when you place an order there is no response,just empty promises about ETA's, I cannot believe how *********** this company is. If you try and call them, there is absolutely no answer, there is no response on every email sent, there is just no feedback once your money is taken. This is just honestly a Sad excuse of a Company.
