Order not received, no communication

I am so disappointed in the poor service I received this time around, my order has been shipped since the 5th till date, still haven't received anything and no communication whatsoever. It doesn't even give an option to cancel the order. The last I received feedback was on the 16th after calling to follow up, and after that no further communication and its 17 days later since my order was shipped
