Order not delivered by Zando since last year 2018

ZANDO has not delivered my order and there is no answer, emails, and social media (Facebook). I order shoes for a function way before the date of the function hoping to get my order on time. The function has passed and I have not received my order even now. Sent several contacts to Zando but they are not answering me. There is a lot of complaints in the social media about Zando, the response is pathetic, the responder just says inbox me? What is that.
