Order not delivered by ZANDO.

I am out of words with the kind of pathetic service I have received from Zando. I placed my order on 27.11.2018, order number ********** 57, after the delivery turn around time lapsed i then started recieving receiving sorry emails empty promises. The function has passed without getting my items, you try calling them, they don't answer. There is more to what they are telling us. Zando i want my parcel or my money back. I will remember not to do business with you again, your service is pathetic and it sucks. To date i have not received my parcel 19.12.2018........
