Order Not Delivered after 3 Weeks

I ordered shoes on 26 Nov for wife for our anniversary on 14 Dec. Today is 17 Dec and I still haven't received my order and no has informed me on when it'll be delivered. This is the worst service I've received and will not be buying again from Zando.
