Order not delivered

<p>I made an order on the 30th November at 11:04 and the order was supposed to be delivered the next day. Today is the 2nd and my order still hasn't arrived.</p> <p>I paid for the next day service delivery and its really annoying to be paying for a service that is not provided. I want my money back because then what did I pay for? Why has my order not arrived yet?</p> <p>I kept calling the call center yesterday about my delivery. When I asked details about where my order is I couldn't get that information. I asked for the delivery company contact details and that I couldn't get too. Both the agents I talked to refused to give me the details. They kept promising to trace the order to and get back to me and none of them did. They also told me that they will ask the driver to call me and that never happened.</p> <p>This is totally unacceptable and pure nonsense. Where is my order?</p>
