Order not been delivered 25/11/18

Zando is so pathetic, they need to use a business model for delivery like takealot/superbalist. I ordered on the 25/11 , my order status shows 'order received' but has not been delivered, 8 days gone already. Phoned them and emailed no response. Please dont make the mistake and order from them, you will be extremely dissapointed.
