Order is being processed (poor service delivery)

i place an order on the 4/12/2018 and was given a time frame that the order will be delivered on the latest on the 11/12/2018 which is 5 working days but the status of the order is reflecting as Order is being processed since the 4th this status never changed ,sent an email to confirm the order no response its now being 24hrs of no response . Tried calling yesterday stayed on line for 30 minutes with no anwer ,called again today at 8am phone rang for 15minutes with no answer . This was my first order for my son whom is leaving town soon am so disappointed in Zando's service .
