Order has not been delivered for 5 weeks!!!

I am sad to write this review, as I have been a client of Zando for years, and this is the first time I have experienced this. But I have no choice as to put this on hellopeter as the call centre is closed for calls, and I am not being helped with the web form. I have placed an order on 16 May : ***. Since then I have reported this parcel as not delivered to the call centre twice. The third time I cancelled the order as I need to buy winter clothing for my son urgently. This morning I received a mail that the issue was resolved, and that the order was delivered. But this is not true. I suspect this package was ****** long ago. Can somebody from Zando please contact me urgently.
