This company is horrible. Don't order from them.

Here is why. I ordered jackets from their website because it was starting to get cold here in Gauteng. I only had one warm jacket and a jersey so I was fine with waiting for three days. Today is now day 14. On their website the explicitly said they deliver in 3 days central (My delivery was in Sandton) and 5 days for rural areas.

I called multiple times after emailing (they only responded to my emails after I complained over the phone) being promised that my jackets would be delivered the present day or next. Also mentioning the delivery is due to them transitioning between warehouses which was never mentioned on their website.

Now the new trend is to keep sending me emails that my jackets will be delivered today, only ending to get my hopes up and be let down all over again. They also send a R100 to compensate for the "inconvenience". R100 is worth nothing when it comes to clothing.

I am done. Calling to cancel my order.
