Order delivered to unknown person

Last year I gave Zando a 5 star review after my first order. A couple of orders later and they've made me regret that decision. I randomly got an email one day saying my order had been successfully delivered. I was out of the country so my mom (who the package was addressed to) called and told them she hadn't gotten anything. They started asking about a tracking number. Never have I gotten a tracking number for anything I have ever ordered on Zando, only an order number. After sending some emails, they finally rep**** and said the package had been signed for by a 'TKhoza'. No one in my family knows a T Khoza and there is no T Khoza at the delivery address (which, by the way, was a school that was closed for the holidays).

Now Zando claims the case has been closed. How is it closed when your couriers are so brain dead that they couldn't ask for proof of identification OR call the phone number provided before handing over a package to a random passerby? I've sent multiple emails with no response. Whenever I call, you say you'll call me back, which you never do. I won't hesitate to escalate this to the right authorities if you don't offer me a resolution in the form of a full refund. All I want is to get my money back, uninstall your app, and never do business with your *********** company again.
