Order delivered after a struggle of 12days but happy about the quality of product

Am glad to receive my oder yesterday I escalated the matter to Jumia and CEO ( ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** for my delivery of the order placed on the 30th November am glad to say am order is delivered and as wanted it to be this morning.

I think Zando has to communicated better to assure its customers. for those who are still waiting keep on sending email, but dont call cuz they dont answer their calls
