Order cancelled with payment done. All within 2hrs. Fighting for reund.

I purchased items on 26/08/2023 at 07:39 order paid and I saw on their app saying order being processed. Same day roughly 2hrs later at 09:40 i got the mail saying my order was cancelled due to unsuccessful payment. The site is no longer reliable like before.
