Order cancelled after immediate payment

Seems Zando has just become too big for their boots. They just keep dropping the ball. I placed an order a week ago and even sent them proof of payment. No acknowledgement, no order update, NOTHING. so i call to complain after they cancelled the order - this i a week later, i get an answer hours later to tell me that delivery will only happen next week, for an order placed last week and confirmed only today... Really? That's a three week turnaround time for something which used to take 3 days! Pathetic service, I'm appalled
