order cancellation and refund
I ordered some items from zando on Monday 18/06/2018, this morning, Friday 22/06/2018, i sent 2 emails to zando, to let them know that they should cancel the order since i won't be needing the items any longer because i needed them by today at least, now they went and shipped the items,a few hours after i sent the email, which i am not going to receive today, i no longer need them for next week, i made other plans for today, all i want is my money back, as they failed to deliver on time. order # ********** 58
