Order cancelation after payment was made

I bought a dress and some other goodies on the 28th of Jan. After going through the checkout process money was withdrawn from my account. Some few minutes later I got an email stating that my order was canceled because payment was not received. I've sent thousands of emails with proof of payment but to this day I still haven't received feedback, my order nor a refund. My money is gone, just like that.
