ORDER BUT NO DELIVERY - ZANDO

I placed an order on the 26th november and still till thos day the 6th december i still have not received it. when i check the timeline it says 26th nov order being processed. when i call the customer care no reponse and sent countless email no response. tje order was supposed ro be for my cousin which i ws supposed ro give him today before he leaves for jhb. im soo dissapoinyed with the poor service even takelot have given me my parcels 3 days aftr that payment
