ORDER ***

I placed an order on Sunday and made a payment on Monday, I did not receive any communication from them. I forwarded proof of payment on Tuesday morning and still no communication. I called them on Wednesday and I was still requested to forward proof of payment but still no communication as to when I can expect my order, today I called them and the lady didn't even see anything wrong and didn't even apologise all she said was I should expect my order on Tuesday the 13th, that's poor service.
