ORDER ***
This order was delivered to someone else on the 30th November 2017. I called in about not receiving it and was informed by email that it had been delivered. I called again... and again... and again and was informed that someone called Anthea had signed for the order. I am patently not Anthea and was home on the day this order was delivered to someone else. I've been calling and emailing, to no avail. Zando staff couldn't show less interest. Now I'm angry and will take any and all steps to ensure that others know of this. I will also be visiting my bank at my earliest convenience to arrange to have the money clawed back into my account. Thank you for a most disappointing experience, Zando. This pair of shoes was bought to prove to my daughter that it was safe to shop online with you! You may rest assured that she won't be buying anything from anyone online!

11 Dec 2017, 11:24This is the order number I got and it's the right order for Ipanema Class Fem Sandals Black. I haven't made a mistake. According to your email it was delivered on the 30th November 2017. Provide me with an email and I will forward the mail I received as well as the original order.

Due to that mistake I waited for this order from the 26th of November till today, 11th December. Thanks for your sarcastic comment and lack of faith in your customers.
