Online system and communicationn a total mess

I received an e-mail on Friday to say my parcel will be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday (that have passed already)! Had to return one of the 5 items. Couldn't follow their instructions on how to do this because their system was not working properly. Had to phone them. After they collected the return I get an e-mail saying couldn't collect the parcel! Had to phone them again because they just don't reply to any e-mails. For an online only system this is seriously not working. Would most definitely recommend Spree though. No faults and delivery 5 days faster!
