ONLINE SHOPPING - NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY ..... DO NOT SHOP Zando

<p>I order from Zando on a regular basis with no hassels and no delivery issues , i raved about they excellent service but to my dismay the time i needed them to deliver on time they mess up completely . I called in to query my order , sat on hold for 5 minutes than spoke to someone who advised theres a influx of queries and she will call me back , which never happened . I had to call back raise my voice and then only was i told my order will be despatched today . No customer service !!!!</p>
