Online shopping.

I bought a pair of boots online. When it arrived it was not to my liking. I arranged a return. It is 4 weeks later no refund has been arranged. I received an sms that the refund was still in process. Up until today 12th of August 2020 no correspondence about my refund. This is sad as I like their merchandise. I still continue to shop online.
