online purchase non collection by service provider

<p>I bought shoes at Zando and they were delivered to me on the 21st of November 2016. The same day I lodged a return according to their T & Cs. I was informed that collection will take place on the 23rd of November 2016. I have sent about 6 emails to Zando but up to date. No collection has been done. </p>
