Online Order Problem

I would like to compliment the company on their great response with a problem i had after placing my order.<br> I had placed an order but the order reflected as incomplete due to payment error. The next day the item i was purchasing had gone up in price but the team had issued me with a replacement voucher to accommodate the price difference which had allowed me to purchase the item at the discounted price it was previously advertised at.<br> Great work, Great online store (which my wife loves) and great prices.
