One item did not arrive, which I paid for, and weeks later, no attention given to my query. Very disappointing.

I placed an order on black Friday which was delivered 5 December 2018. One of the items I had bought were not included. It was a mens navy stripe T-shirt. I sent an email to Zando on the same day to inform them of this but got no response. I sent another email via the app on 7 Dec and still no reply. I eventually called in 11 Dec, someone answered the call after I was holding for more than 20 minutes and said that they would check on it and get back to me via email. Needless to say, I did not hear anything from them. I then proceeded to contact the complaints department via email on 14 Dec. It is now the 28th of December and my query still hasn't been seen to. Very frustrating!
