November Purchase

I bought shoes on 27th November 2015 2 pairs from Zando is now 2 months and I'm still waiting for my EBucks I complained and their response was these <br> <br> We're terribly sorry for the delay in response, we had a technical issue which lead to us losing track of some of our emails received over the last few weeks.<br> As per the previous email from Keanin, he actioned to Earn Ebucks for your orders within this month ( January). Please note this will only reflect at the end of the next month (February) in your account which you need to check then<br> <br> which I felt it was not good enough but I waited and I'm still waiting .
