Not worth being called an online retailer - non responsive and unhelpful

Does not deserve to be called an online store. Ordered products way over a R1000 last week and had to followup multiple times on delivery. Told of delays but no commitment on delivery date. They don't respond to call...worst call centre ever and delayed on mail! Finally got through an agent today to ask for cancellation and refund and told it'll take up to a week! That means this mess would have taken all 3 weeks! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
