Not happy

During the black Friday sale, I wanted to buy shoes but with their traffic being conjested, It failed to make online payment so I did I transfer. 2 days later I called to follow up on my order and I was told it's cancelled. I then asked for a refund. I was told payment will be made in 5-7 working days but nothing. It's been 3 days trying to get to their call center but no answer. Sent them an email and nothing. Still no refund made!!!!!
