Not easy to get your refund from Zando

It's good business for them when we purchase their products. And they will tell you how easy and convininant it is for the returns and refund. I returned three items and they only choose to refund two items which are lesser than the third item returned. First they requested proof of bank account. I emailed it and they refund only two items. When I requested the rest of the refund, which they send me an email that says refund is been processed. Now they are telling me they moved I need to fill the form which I never received. People please be aware that it's not easy to get your refund back especially from Zando. My refund is way overdue. Trust me I was one of the happiest customer. I'm so disappointed on how Zando doesn't value their customers but their customers money.
