Not collecting my requested return

Well ive heard stories about zandos pathetic courier service and their terrible customers i.ewaiting 10mins on the phone before its answered and then spending 6minutes with a useless agent who said "ill reschedule your return collection mam". 8DAYS later they still want to RESCHEDULE my return. I made sure im home or have someone at home for 8days just so that i dont miss their driver but no that was all a WASTE of my time because they still want to RESCHEDULE.

Now i wonder how many weeks its going to take for that item to get their warehouse and when will i get my money back? With this lack of communication im terrified of the long wait im going to have to endure before i get to spend my money at Spree.

I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AND TIME AT ZANDO EVER!!! AND IM GOING TO SHARE MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY ONLINE SHOPPING FRIENDS.
