Not as great

Im so disappointed ? I’ve ordered a few times never had problems. Monday i placed a order and paid TODAY they email me 1 off the items is out of stock - they give my a voucher off the same value. So I phoned in to replace with something else they say they can’t my orders is already packed, i’ll have to place a new order wich means i have to pay extra courier for the 1 item, they don’t even want to compromise to cancel the courier fee. Why wasn’t the item out of stock when I ordered it??? (Because it showed me specific how many items is left) why didn’t they phone me yesterday to tell me the 1 item is out do i want to replace it with something else? I would have waited longer for delivery wouldn’t mind about that.
