Not allowed to change email, Not allowed to close account???

Since when is one not allowed to close an account in SA? Zando close my account because I do not want my information parading the internet unused. I have been a victim of identity crime before due to things like these. You have been warned. Since you failed to update my email address associated with that acc there's no point continuing with that acc if I'm no longer using that email. You have not given me any solid reason why you cannot close my account completely or email for that matter. It is the most ridiculous reasoning I have ever heard that an email cannot be amended. If I do decide to come back it will be at my own will at my own time.
