Nonsense Service!!!

<p>I place my order last week Wensday and i was sent an sms that my order will be delivered on the 30th wich will be latest.I called the contact centre yersteday , ispoke to Samantha and she insured me that my shoes will be dilvered before 16:00.I still have not received my order and im very annoyed by this sick service im receiving from Zando.If they failing to diliver my shoes they should just give my money back.I tried calling today and i was holding the line for more than 20minutes and finally when there was an avaiklable agent to take my call she just put down the phone.Im very disgusted and Im never buying from you again!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>order number : ********** 86</p>
