Non DeliveryOrder #***

I made a purchase and paid in my money and they say my order is cancelled.The codes given to pay at shop was invalid, first i had to mail them to say that Spar did not accept their payments, then i went to Pick n Pay and was told their code was not going through , I then paid at Standard bank i have forwarded proof of payment but i still have not gotten my stuff i have continuously been mailing them with no response .
