Non delivery of ordered goods

I was due to receive my ordered items by yesterday and have not received them , i needed the items ordered for a birthday this Sunday , i am extremely dissatisfied with the service as the phone number just rings and nobody bothered responding to the email i sent on Wednesday , now i am forced to go out and buy other gifts
