Non-delivery of goods

If you want to lose money order from Zando. I ordered from Zando several months ago. But to no avail.... my parcel was not delivered. My account shows that the parcel was delivered, and I keep on getting emails requesting reviews on the quality of goods.... I tried getting hold of the agents, they have not given me any feedback as to the location of my parcel. Now they have stopped responding to to my requests and enquiries.
