NON DELIVERY OF EVERYTHING

Not only did it take two weeks to deliver one of the three items I ordered, you guys dont communicate the delay or the fact that the items are out of stock.

I called today querying my refund and your agent put the phone down on me, Her name is Claudia, and last week, Jody who I spoke to and stressed how important it was to get the boots for my daughter neglected to inform me it is out of stock. I want my refund now, I will NEVER order from your company. Dont make excuses by saying you moving warehouses, you should have planned the logistics correctly before deciding to make so big a move.
