Non Delivery

Theres no update on the app. The courier number I have is not going through. I had called in earlier and I was promised a call back. This has not happened. It takes 25 minutes for the phone to be answered. This is the worst service I have ever received from zando . My order was placed on 09 Dec and still has not been delivered. I urgently need assistance today.
