Non Compliance of delivery policy

<p>This is a warning to shoppers of Zando, the delivery policy advertised on their website is 3-5 working days however they do not comply to this. The customer service is not able to give you a definate date of delivery either. Be careful when you purchase from them even after emailing them to confirm delivery I received no response. On calling them received no answers. Only option to cancel order but then am I going to get my money back and how long am I going to wait?</p>
