No Service/Bad Service

I have tried to contacted Zando several times, but no one is picking up the phone. I have send 3 emails during this week. No responds. I am trying to get hold of them, because I would like to return an item, because the return option is not available on the app, as my order status is still showing dispatched, but I have received my order on Monday already.

This is unacceptable and very bad service.
