NO SERVICE from Zando!!!!

I have no words for the service or should I say LACK of service from Zando. Order placed on 25th November, no updates on my order on the system since then. Managed to get through to them 2 days later to be told the order is on route. Since then no phones being answered at all and no response to emails. It is now 5th December and still no response! DISGUSTING service. Last time I'll ever use them
