NO SERVICE

<p>I subbmitted a return on one garment on 03/10/2016 and there has been no collection or notification of collection since then.</p> <p>I have contacted Zando numerous times regarding this and each time I just get a "follow" up mail. According to Zando it takes 2-3 working days for a courier to collect a garment which has been submitted for a return, but it has been 6 working days since I have submitted the return and on my profile it still states as return requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely nothing has been done about this.</p>
