No respose

<p>I am a regular customer, when I place an order I make payment immediately, and usually I receive my orders within 3-4 days. I placed an order about 2 weeks ago, and have still not received it. I have sent 2 emails quering about my order and have had no response. This morning I tried to phone and couldn't get through. I sent a third email to complaints depart this morning and have still had no response. This standard of service is simply not acceptable</p> <p> </p>
