No response or service

I logged a return for an item. It's been a week and no one has come to pick it up. I did call and they assured me courrier will pick it up. But still not picked up. I have tried to call Zando and I hold on for Ten Minutes and still no answer. Please collect my item for return. This is the first I bought from Zando What a bad experience Order number ********** 35
